Senior Designer
Part time or freelance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience working independently, perhaps running your own agency or freelance business.
- A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, presentation design, digital design and motion graphics.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to confidently present and articulate creative solutions directly to clients.
- Experience collaborating remotely with teams.
- A results-focused approach, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality design that drives impact.
- Ability to communicate rationale behind design decisions in a compelling, strategic way.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, including accessibility and responsive design.
- Advanced skills in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Pitch and Figma.
- A broad understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to create engaging micro-interactions, animations, or explainer content to enhance storytelling or product engagement.
You’ll be:
- Contributing to design, strategy, and brand development across multiple client briefs.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working remotely, with regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person team meet-ups or client meetings.
- Expected to work initially on a contract basis.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
