Since working with Underscore, Academia achieved a 25% increase in turnover growth scoring a record revenue of £140m. Following a 42% year-on-year growth in managed services revenue, Academia increased their workforce by 30% and has since expanded their capabilities in IT lifecycle management & managed services via a strategic acquisition.
Academia are a leading IT solutions provider specialising in Education, Public Sector and B2B. They partnered with Underscore to create a clear brand strategy in order to reposition their perception in the marketplace from value-added reseller, to a multi-service provider.
Pivotal to this process was a digital overhaul including a visual identity refresh, website redesign and relaunch, and the development of a content management system that provided their in-house team with both flexibility and consistency.
