Since working with Underscore, RTL AdConnect has evolved from a video sales house for RTL Group, to a high-quality content and ad-tech solutions provider, helping brands navigate the fragmented European media landscape. Following a merging with G&J International Media Sales and Smartclip, RTL AdConnect has become a unified international advertising powerhouse called RTL AdAlliance and has since branched it’s operations into North America.
Managing a vast, premium portfolio of over 100 TV channels, 350 print publications, 40 radio stations, and 5,000 premium web properties, RTL AdAlliance runs targeted ads to 37 million households and gains over 4 billion online video ad impressions per month.
RTL is the established leading international media provider across the European region. They needed a new brand to promote media sales opportunities across a growing range of countries and technology channels as they expand into new territories to compete with threats from global competitors such as Google and Facebook.
Our brand solution after consultation of their key teams in England, France and Germany was designed to present a unified approach named RTL AdConnect that can adapt to match differing customer needs in different countries. We then moved to strip back their underused content across their websites, to ensure their brand channels now have a clearer positioning and sales point for users to focus on the amazing brand content on offer from RTL and its global media partners.
