Since working with Underscore, Insignia reports an industry-leading 98% success rate on cardmember requests, which inspired the Financial Times to describe them as, “The ultimate wish granters”. Insignia has recently expanded into new markets in USA and Middle East since the crowning achievement of having their highest-tiered luxury-lifestyle management service named “Best Luxury Concierge Service in Europe” at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
Aligned with their brand mission to revolutionise the premium card experience, Insignia have recently introduced AI-powered concierge services and digital wallets, allowing users to receive personalised travel recommendations from an AI assistant based on their past preferences.
Insignia is the world’s leading luxury financial and lifestyle management group with brand audiences agreed as falling firmly between personal and business groups. We created a digital brand strategy for them that helped connects their members with unique global offers and benefits and apeals to both new and existing card members.
By rethinking their customer world, we curated a way for multiple user journeys to be implemented through the use of a tagging system similar to an e-commerce site. This ensured that users mostly see information and content that is directly relevant to their needs.
