Since working with Underscore, Hybrid experienced rapid growth driven by private equity backing and strategic acquisitions, and following a £13 million investment, Hybrid more than quadrupled its revenue over a four-year period. They recently reported a revenue increase from £18.7 million to £27.8 million, earning themselves industry recognition ADWEEK’s ‘Fastest Growing Agency’ and winning ‘Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations Business of the Year’ at the Growing Business Awards.
Since the rapid expansion, Hybrid’s global team tripled in size to over 200 employees across six global offices including Bristol, Sydney, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Kathmandu and Philadelphia.
Hybrid is a global media group at the forefront of the changing digital landscape. They wanted to project a simple vision for their brand that would help bring more clarity to their brand perception as they enter new markets.
To capture their unique personality we filmed extensive video content to allow customers, prospective employees and stakeholders to get closer to the people within Hybrid, which in turn increased engagement and user retention. People are also looking at Hybrid’s brand story and values more and reaching out to them in a more personal way
Since our partnership, visitors are spending an additional one minute and twenty seconds on the Hybrid website per visit.
Shortly after the rebrand, Hybrid successfully secured a £13 million investment from LDC
Hybrid successfully delivered over 3,000 campaigns and achieved reach of 20bn for universities, schools, colleges, tech start ups and enterprise giants.
