Reaching a record revenue of £24.6M in the last financial year, Colorminium has maintained a strong reputation, earning industry accolades such RIBA and BCIA awards. Employees have rated Colorminium with a 4.4/5 for pay, benefits and work-life balance, and 4.2/5 for culture and management as a result of our Employer Value Proposition.
Colorminium is a leading name in the UK construction industry that has been shaping the London skyline for almost 50 years. They partnered with Underscore for a rebrand and to rethink their business model in order to win more business. The outcome was a new brand story of “London’s facade strategists” and an animated video that sold the promise of ‘finish happier’ across all of their customer communications.
