Since working with Underscore, the Flight Centre Business Travel Division has shown strong recovery post-covid recovery with corporate business surpassing pre-covid performance by over 35%. Merging with the Corporate Travel Division they achieved record performance and continued momentum including a 7% time-to-value rise to approximately A$12.3 billion, up 2% year-on-year.
The Flight Centre Travel Group (FLT) is one of the world’s largest travel retailers and corporate travel managers and we worked across multiple initiatives within their ‘house of brands’ to align messaging and audience focus.
When when working with their business travel division we wanted to show that their brand value rested in the network of great people and locations and our brand solution helped show them as a business delivering a premium service based on the teamwork of great people giving their customers peace of mind and best choice.
