By working with Underscore, Global Titans launch event tickets reached over $100,000 for ringside seats with organisers describing early pay-per-view sales as “phenomenal”. The event was streamed across major territories including the US, UK, Canada, and Germany by FITE TV and was reported as the “world’s first NFT pay-per-view sports event”.
Planned as a six-event series staged across four continents, including venues like the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, the Pyramids in Egypt, and Table Mountain in South Africa, Global Titans strategic goal is aimed to ‘clean up’ and revive the image of boxing. Since the launch, Global Titans Fight Series has established the Global Titans Academy foundation to train the next generation of boxers.
Global Titans are a world-class Boxing and Entertainment company that work with boxing and MMA fighters worldwide to create ground-breaking live shows and live stream content around the world.
To promote their first event our campaign needed to span both traditional sports/boxing fans as well as both digital natives with a good understanding of Web3 and early adopters of NFT’s.
We also had a wide target audience with multiple entry levels from lower priced entry level NFT’s to VIP Platinum NFT’s with real life benefits. To ensure the end-product aligned with the target audience demographic, we created a traditional sporting ticket style as well as bespoke NFT tickets that could promote the fight and become a keepsake.
We then adapted the NFT design style and narrative across all platforms including promotional videos and personalised social media content. The NFT tickets included limited-edition 3D collectibles that can be traded, special video content and official media from the event with only 10 Diamond NFT’s available to watch live on the Burj Al Arab helipad.
