Since working with Underscore, Frasers Property UK achieved a 19.1% year-on-year revenue increase to £13.9 million demonstrating strong portfolio performance and resilience. Frasers Property UK underscored their commitment to sustainability by earning a 5-star GRESB rating, placing them in the top 20% of companies globally.

They now hold the largest Fitwel-certified portfolio in the world, including the first commercial site to receive a 3-star Fitwel rating. They also recently improved their talent metrics with 54% female representation in the global workforce and 39% in senior management.
