Since working with Underscore, XRAIL achieved significant growth with a 2,281% increase in overseas sales and an international export share uplift from 9% to 73%. Fulfilling their objectives to branch into Europe and the Middle East, XRAIL recently reported a record annual revenue of $21.6 million, increasing their workforce to 116 employees to manage their exponential business growth.

They partnered with Underscore to overhaul their strategic brand architecture, formulate a structured approach to their messaging, and undertake a full brand identity refresh across their digital and print media channels, rolled out and relaunched to coincide with a major industry exhibition in Madrid.

We developed the flexible storyline ’Engineering Together’ to showcase a partnership approach across a unique range of solutions.

To assist Xrail’s growing international client base we created a streamlined business operating model visualised by a simple graphic that describes their core offerings.
